I'm 5'2 and 23 yrs old. SW: 133 CW: 125 GW:120 UGW: 115 I set my calorie goal at 1300 because I felt fatigued at 1200. Sometimes I eat back my exercise calories and sometimes I don't. I do 30-40 min of cardio daily and 15-20 min of strength. 2-3 Days a week I'll do the 30D shred video.

I think you're doing the right thing by uping your calories. I just increased my goal intake by another 100 calories today as well. I don't exercise everyday, but I want to eventually and when I realize that I'm in the routine, I'm going to increase the calorie goal again. Go for it as long as your are exercising!

I've never experienced an eating disorder myself and I'm not an expert, but how about trying shakes or juicers? If you drink a smoothie or protein shake, it doesn't feel like sitting down to eat a meal, but you can still get some nutrients from it.
