I do salads there..not all through the week though. But a salad with ham/turkey is low cal, filling, and yummy!

Everyone is so different. At 225 lbs, I was only a size 12 at 5'8! Yet at 170..I was a 4-6!

PIZZA! okay, it tasted amazing so I guess I still "like" it but..I felt like total crap for 3 days after eating it!!

I'm 5'8-5'9ish. I weight 208 as of this morning. I started at 225 about 3 weeks ago so its awesome seeing so much progress! My goal is to be about 170..I was a size 6 at 170 and would love to get back there!

I guess I haven't been eating more just because..I'm not hungry? I know that doesnt meant I shouldnt eat but I dont FEEL like I'm starving. Breakfast is hard for me, I will literally get sick if I eat too early in the day..but maybe I can do a smoothie or a protein shake type thing? And yes! I stole a piece of my husbands…
