I love Bumble Bee's new lemon pepper tuna. Add some hardboiled egg and Vlasic sugar free gherkins - mix well- chill adn eatjust like that.

I put a piece of Extra Sugar Free Apple Pie gum in my mouth and get on the treadmill when it is late and I feel like snacking. DO some activity instead of eating.

Me but I am eating cereal this week in place of dinner. No sweets for me means no cookies, cake, pie, ice cream, pastries, or soda.
