I have four kids, 8, 6, 2 and 1. Work full time and am a single mom LOL I so understand about being busy. It is amazing if I can find an hour to myself at night, unless they have all passed out from exhaustion after wearing their mother out :) Feel free to add me for support and motivation...

Feel free to add me as well :) One can never get enough motivation and support! Good luck

Don't rush into anything. I have had 4 c-sections, each one it took a little longer to recover. Plus you will cause more scar tissue if you start to early. I dalso had the pouch but I am proud to say it is almost gone. It takes a lot of hard work a dedication. Start by walking and than add floor pelvic thrusts, contracting…

Sorry but beer and football season go hand in hand.... I have no advice, I actually encourage it. :) I have lost over 25 lbs and still enjoyed drinking beer

I just came back from a walk on my lunch. I smiled and nodded at everyone I passed but people are so rude (or off in their own little world) now a days, they don't reciprocate. Put down the phone and just WALK, enjoy your surroundings!

I can't see you diary so I can not answer correctly. Are you adding exercise into that number? So what is the average calories you burn on a daily basis?

I would recommend trying the 10 Minute Trainer. You can do it up to 3x's a day and it is only 10 minutes each time. I have a friend that swears by it. Her son is 4 months now and she squeezes it in during nap time or when the baby is less fussy. Good luck and congrats :) I had my daughter a year ago, and when I gave birth…

You need to figure out your daily caloric needs with no exercise first. Use this site...http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm For me, with little to no exercise, and to maintain my current weight, I would need to consume 1782 calories. Add your exercise calories to this number. For example, I burn an…

Happy Birthday! Not unrealistic at all but don't beat yourself up if one month doesn't exactly go as plan. I would stay away from the scale the first month. Take Day 1 measurements and than again on Day 30. Then every 30 days after that. The scale is sometimes your worst enemy. Feel free to add me and I can motivate you…

I use this site to figure mine out. Seems to work perfectly for me so far. http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm

I am on the 2nd to last week of Insanity. I was thinking of trying Les Mils Combat next. But also plan to do both the Aylum and T25. Good luck :)

Totally agree with the post above. My boyfriend is non supportive to the core. I think that is one of the many reasons why we have a rift in our relationship. Every night it was, "You are working out again?" or he would order pizza and I would get offended and run off crying to my room because I was like how can anyone be…

Moderation most of the time, and then you indulge certain times and not feel guilty :)

I believe you can enjoy everything in moderation. I enjoy beer LOL but I eat clean (most of the time) and exercise daily. What good is it if you can't enjoy life :) I have lost almost 25 pounds and have not given up beer (probably what keeps me sane too)

Ya mine either! LOL

Give it time :) Don't always use the scale. I check my measurements every 30 days. Weigh myself every 2 You may have calculated your calories incorrectly to, I can help if needed. Don't give up, My favorite saying is that it takes 4 weeks for you to notice your body changing, 8 weeks for your friends to notice, and 12…
