new mom

My daughter is 2 months old, Ive noticed very little weight loss in myself since shes been born, but havent attempted to do much about it. but then again, still dont really have the time. i was 145 when i found i was pregnant, and that was the best ive been at my whole life. by the end i was 180. Im down to 165 now, but not a huge difference considering.
was wondering if anyone has any good tips or workout ideas that have helped shed the baby pounds and some good ideas on how to keep busy and active with such a young one! thanks :)

Not really got much advice as I'm in the same boat as you. I have 2 children, youngest is 4 months, and have been doing myfitnesspal for 3 weeks now. I currently don't exercise as don't have the time to go to the gym at moment with the kids to look after (I'm a stay at home mum) but do a bit of walking during the week even if it's just to go shopping and grab a few bits etc. At the moment I've only really changed my eating habits. I've kept within my allocated calories by myfitnesspal and have lost 9lbs in 3 weeks so I think as long as that's working for now I can add in exercise later when my baby is a little older and I feel more confident leaving her with a babysitter. Hope this helps and congratulations on your new arrival!

You might want to consider the 30 Day Shred (you can find it on youtube). It's a 20 min workout that you could possibly squeeze in while your little one is taking a nap.

I would recommend trying the 10 Minute Trainer. You can do it up to 3x's a day and it is only 10 minutes each time. I have a friend that swears by it. Her son is 4 months now and she squeezes it in during nap time or when the baby is less fussy. Good luck and congrats :) I had my daughter a year ago, and when I gave birth to her I was 215 lbs. I am happy to say that I just hit 165. Takes time and determination but you can do it. Feel free to add me for support.

Wanted to say good luck with the weight loss. I didn't start working out or even think about it until my son was 19 months, so you ladies are doing great. I also recommend thedailyhiit.com and zuzkalight.com for short HIIT workouts.
