The same thing used to happen to me!! It was some kind of One-A-Day Vitamin. I eventually just stopped taking it because no matter what I did I would still get sick from it.

I have the same problem. I've just had breakfast (1/2 whole wheat bagel & teaspoon peanut butter, 1 cup blueberries, 1 small banana) and I'm ALREADY over on sugar!
