I think you also underestimate how many extra cals you will burn on a long day like that! If there is an 'Eat' at the airport - they have loads of yummy choices which keep you going and are nice and healthy. If you are prone to snacking, stock up in advance on healthy snacks so you don't succumb to the less healthy snacks.…
