I am doing okay so far - but the weekend is coming, and that is when I usually fall off the wagon. I am determined this time! I really, really want these 10 ibs. off. I actually want 15 off, but I'll work on the other 5 later.
Did some weights and a run yesterday. Had to cut the run short as my achilles was really bothering me. This morning it is swollen and so sore, that it is causing me to limp. :grumble: I'll rest / ice it today and see how it is tomorrow. Not sure what I did.
Anyway, hope you are all doing well - let's keep this momentum going for us! :drinker:0 -

i know i'm a little late, but i'll try as well! i've been on vacation for a couple weeks so working out hasn't been TOO challenging. however, starting a new job on monday so i'm worried i'll lose motivation...hoping to be able to stay with it!

This week has been emotionally rough but on track with my plan except for Mon. I got horrible news on Monday and at the entire pint of ice cream. Then woke up Tuesday and thought about how that pint doesn't make anything better. Plus Korean ice cream is sooooo not the same as American. (Thank God there is no Turtle Mountain's Soy Choc Chip Cookie Dough at the Comm. or the local grocer. I probably would have eaten 2. LOL LOL) Been on track every day since. I even changed the weekend plans because I'm on a "no-sugar" diet for 2 weeks. The cravings are finally starting to go away... And the headaches are gone. WOOOOHOOOOO!!!!0 -
