Thanks for the response. I should add that when I consume less carbs, and increase fat and protein, I FEEL amazing. Maybe that's what my body wants? I also eat lots of leafy greens, and take fish oil and probiotic supplements. When I eat higher amounts of carbs, or even a bowl of oatmeal in the morning, I feel like crap…

Sounds like your thyroid condition is holding you back. Hormonal imbalances can affect your weight. I have no advice on this matter, but you should consult your doctor or dietitian.

I drain it thoroughly and put it on top of some spring mix, then drizzle a little EVOO and pink salt.

I eat around 90 grams of fat per day and limit my carbs. I've lost six pounds in just over a week. Fat doesn't make you fat. Carbs make you fat.
