I would loos more then 2 LB per week. Run 5 times a week, eat 1000 calories less than you need everyday. I lost 14 LB that way in 14 days.

You go to the gym to workout! not to chat with your friend! The only reason I see for needing anyone in the gym is to spot you when you lift heavy weights. I go alone, or workout from my garage alone.

It happens all the time. I am 178 lb one day, than the next after eating only 1500 calories and burning 500 calories, I am 180 lb..after a few days I am 178.4lb and after a week I am 168.8 etc.... I was told to look at the clothes and how they fit you, not the scale.

Is it possible? That is 833 cal per day every day. You must rest some days of the week, which mean we will have to do about over 1000 cal 5 day a week. That is almost 8 miles run every day. Am I wrong here? I would love to see how much I can burn in 36 days so I am in :)
