Just saying hello, new here!

My birthday is three months away and I'm aiming to be one size smaller by then.

    Hey there! You can definitely do it. And maybe more I was thrilled to go down 5 sizes since January.. The pounds have slowed but the inches are still going. Good luck with your journey. The people you encounter here are amazing and helpful in every way.... :wink:
