Ok I had never heard of a fitbit until tonight reading all these posts. So i think it sounds like it might be good for me, but have a few questions if anyone knows..... I workout on my treadmill at a variable incline, will the fitbit be able to sense the change? Also we ride horses, anyone know how it would measure that?…

My problem is we live 20 minutes from town and the only fitness place we have that is 24 hours in Anytime Fitness. But im kinda nervous to go after work at 1-3 am.

I have a treadmill at home so what I do to get through a workout and not really think about the time i have left is to watch a new epidsode of one of my favorite tv shows. It makes time fly by. Plus I increase the incline at different times during the workout and wear a weight vest and hand weights. It pushes me harder and…
