  • I have been doing 30-Day Shred for 6 months or so and have found that I can't do it everyday and avoid knee pain. My dr told me that it's hard to do the exact same workout for days and days since you're working the exact same muscles, etc. Once I cut down to doing it 3 times a week or so, I was fine! HTH!
  • I go over on protein quite often and don't worry about that.......I am more cautious about going over on fat and carbs!
  • Blueberries, banana and once in awhile a little brown sugar!
  • The only kind that I have found that I like is the Yoplait Greek Yogurt....either the vanilla honey or key lime. There's something about the consistency of the rest of them. I just switched to Greek yogurt in the last month and don't think I'll ever go back!!
  • Ohhhhh I remember that pain! It gets better, then you'll switch levels and it will be painful again.....then it will get better! It's worth the pain though!!!
