i have found myself getting very frustrated lately. January was a good month..i lost about 2 lbs a week..this month..crap..i will admit i had some bad days where i made poor choices but for the most part i stayed on track and i have seemed to have hit a plateau or something. .. not losing anything now .. i didnt think u…

in january i lost 10lbs and logged into MFP consistently since January 5th :) i do hope in february to keep eating healthy with less cheats lol

Happy February 01st my goals this month are to lose 8lbs and to walk more :) ad well as less cheat foods...more focus on strict diet foods :)

Hello :) i have been a member of mfp for awhile.. on and off the wagon.. giving it a go once again.. looking to make new friends for encouragement and support. .. i am right around where you are as well... been on since jan 5th and down 8.5. Of course i would like to see lower numbers but i know i didnt gain this weight…

I can tell by reading the numerous posts on this site that there is alot of support out there. It is going to be awesome! I have failed with many yo-yo and fab diets before, and I know its just a lifestyle change that will help me succeed.
