  • I live in Florida and I have a problem with my tires going flat because I store it in a hot garage. Both of them will deflate just sitting in the garage. I'm sure its not you, its probably the tires like everyone else said. :)
  • I focus on getting exercise all weekend. We're rarely home on the weekends, so I do my best in the morning on Saturday by hitting up an early class with a light breakfast. I also hit up the gym on Friday night. I also try to limit alcohol, but I don't want to limit having fun in my life. So I earn it. But like the person…
  • You might want to add some almonds or other nuts into your diet. They're higher in calories and in fat, but they have the "good fats" that your body needs. So that's a good way to put some calories on. Its always good to eat something with protien right after a work out, so that's a good way to keep yourself on track. Way…

I know its hard to have "rest days" because I tend to push myself too. Maybe you should have a low impact work out on those days and limit…

  • I know exactly what you mean. It feels lazy to sit down for any amount of time. It is OK to let your muscles heal after a lot of work, so take that time for you. You've EARNED it!
  • STAY HOME! Not only to let your body spednd time recovering, but to also not spread it to others at the gym. Rest up and drink lots of fluids! Really, stay home and take care of yourself. The gym will be waiting fthere for you once you feel better! Stay home! Hope you feel better soon!
  • I found this calorie burning calculator and one of the choices is vinyassa yoga. Check it out! http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc
  • I would like to know too! Good question!
  • Stick to ultra light beer, wine, or bacardi and diet coke. Good luck! (and of course, drink responsibly!) haha!
