I would LOVE to have a friend to give my bigger clothes to!!! I ended up selling them and I would much rather give them to someone who is a little heavier than me and on a weight loss journey!!!

Get rid of them...list them on ebay, find a friend who whas bigger than you and losing weight and see if they need them for transistion clothes! I just gave all of my stuff to family that was in from Florida...I don't even want to see them!!! url=http://www.myfitnesspal.com/weight-loss-ticker] [/url] Created by…

I hear the same things from different people in my family..."you don't want to lose much more", and "can't you skip Zumba tonight?", or "by the time you're done, you're going to look sick"...REALLY!!! I still have 40 pounds to lose, and believe me I have enough to lose it! I just tell them "OK" and go about my business…

I have no idea, I have seen on here and other places to eat your exercise calories...I have a really hard time doing it, sometimes it's a heck of a lot of calories! I have found though, I love protein bars, and if I am going to work out more on one day, I will eat one of those for a snack, rather than my normal snack stuff…

Hi all! Sorry to say, but I have to quit my 30 day shred for at least 2 weeks. I have injured my left knee (lord only knows doing what exactly?!?!?!), but have been informed I can swim and moderate walk...boo hiss  I will start back with level one as soon as I can, as for now, it's anti-inflammatory and ice! Good luck…

L1D4 done! Not as sore today as I was yesterday, but really don't physically see any difference. When can you actually start seeing a difference? I have to Zumba Wii game, the Exhilerate DVDs, and I go to class. I love all of them (the class the most), and the Wii game is fun, but I don't feel like I get as much out of it as I do the class and DVDs. Of course, it's better than nothing and I do think it's worth the money!! Enjoy everything Zumba, it's a lot of fun!

Thanks so much everyone! I am doing Zumba 3-4 times a week also, it's just my legs ache, I'm not in "pain", just so sore...but, I guess I wil be going at it tonight :) The encouragement and motivation from all of you is really overwhelming!!! Do you push through it? I did Zumba on Thursday at a class, Zumba at home on Friday then worked 3 12 hour shifts in the ER...my legs have ached since Friday. I even wore my support stockings to work because they were aching. I was going to do Zumba at home tomorrow, but now not too sure!!! I don't know the answer to this!…
