i've been fighting myself and my frustration over hitting a wall with my weight loss for the past month. i've done a lot of thinking and realized that i did not get in this to stress about a number, i got into this to be proud of the way i look and to be excited about the way i feel! well my friends, i've reached my goal!! it feels amazing to say that and even more amazing to finally be there!! without further ado, here is me, minus my insecurities, minus my low self-esteem, minus the "i can't do it" mindset, and minus the lack of willpower!!! :)

    yes, only 27 lbs lol on a 5'4" frame plus getting much more muscle than i had, it makes quite a difference!

    i started this journey in mid sept of last year. i was at this weight at the beginning of the month but i was so focused on the number goal i had set (130) that i didn't realize i had already accomplished my ultimate goal--feeling good in my skin! it's an amazing thing!

    Holy cow! You look great! And to only lose 27lbs and look like that! I'm 5'5 and have lost 31lbs so far and still can't get into a bathingsuit. Congratulations! Stories like yours let's me know I can do it if I try.
