It is normal. My trainer changes it every time and I am sore every time. lol However, he says to only work those muscles every 5-7 days. You could talk to your trainer and see.

I have heel pain and have plantars facsitis (Spelling?) It is very painful. It can take up to a year to heal. I had it in both feet but it finally went away in one. My other foot is better. You have to have really good tennis shoes and don't go barefoot or wear flip flops if possible. Also, whatever some says DO NOT get…

I actually purchased a $75 scale that is just like the ones the doctors use. It is the most accurate scale to use. I still have an electric one and it is consistently off by 1.5 lbs and usually on the bad side. The doctor scale I have been using for about 3 months now and love it. It is totally accurate and I always weigh…

Bump. Good question.

I haven't done that. I don't consider this a diet, I consider it a lifestyle change. I realize that I can never go back to the way I was eating. It is okay to go over your calories once in a while. I wouldn't do it for longer than a day or so as I would be afraid of gaining the weight back that I lost.

I still have my little treats. I try to count them in my calories so I don't go over. However, I have been doing this for almost 3 months and have gone over cals about 3 times. I think it is good for you sometimes. It keeps your body guessing.

I have found that for me, I cannot eat my exercise cals. I know there are people that say you should but when I did, I didn't lose any weight! Make sure you are logging everything. I know this is hard but it really does work.
