I think I have hit my first plateau. I have only lost 1 lb in the last month. I do usually stay under my cals. I dont usuallly eat the same foods except for mornings. eating exercise calories
How is that a lot of people say to eat exercise calories? Every time I try and eat only some of them, i don't lose weight? I have tried it a couple of times and there is no weight change. I do understand the calorie deficit thing but this doesn't seem to work for me. Is everyone different when it comes to this as well?

I have a Nordic Track Elliptical at home that does the heart rate, distance and calories burned. How can I tell if the calories are accurate on MFP or the elliptical? I have noticed that on my workout days that I do not have a weight loss the next day. However, after a rest day I do have loss. Is this normal?
