  • oh I definately take care of my four legged friend! He goes on walks all the time. Is on low calorie natural food, no table/human scraps. He is in his weight range. He is one healthy dog!! I tell him he has to live FOREVER!!!!
  • There is a certified instructor where I live and has one hour classes 3 times a week. I haven't been to one yet but I hear people talk about it all the time. One lady told me she has gone 12 times and lost 2 inches off her waist. It's a hit around here!
  • Be careful about how much fat you eat. I found out in January that I had high cholesterol and they recommended that I work out and simply lose weight.
