It's just important to do it everyday. Get yourself going and see what you can do. I exercise in the morning before my brain is awake enough to aruge about it.

yes, but that's the same in both. The timex doesn't ask for age. it's hard to believe that would explain a 300 calorie difference...

I cook 1/3 C quinoa in 2/3 C unsweetened coconut milk - it simmers for about 15-20 minutes. Then cut up a banana and add to the quinoa.

I use the extra weekend time for extra exercise so I can eat more! I feel like I have to earn the right to have the extra calories, and it works for me. I also do my daily exercise first thing in the morning, even on weekends, so it always gets done.

I highly recommend the book "Younger Next Year" Lots of great information, and so inspiring! It's the first thing that has been successful in me getting off my butt and doing something about it!

I guess I'd suggest carefully counting calories without making any changes in what you're eating yet. Perhaps just seeing the honest numbers of what you do eat will motivate you to change what you eat. That is what has helped me. Good luck!
