  • 5'3.5", 101 pounds, and I eat anywhere from 1300-1800 calories to maintain my weight. I fluctuate between 100-102 but otherwise stay right here. I do 10-15k steps a day but no other exercise.

  • Never eat 1200 calories! It's far too little - no, no, who cares that you're a naturally petite person, are under 100 pounds, and under 5'.
  • I usually eat around 1300 and then do gymnastics for a bit ^^
  • I eat plenty of vegetables, fruit, and lean meats, and even my doctor says I seem healthy when I go to see him.
