  • I bought one, and have never used it, I watched the instructional dvd and tried it out, and I could feel the muslces working, but I just haven't gotten round to using it yet, I plan to start as I am down to 16 weeks until the swimwear season, aargh!!
  • Hey, I'm on day 9 of level 1, it does get easier, I stretch a little longer after the workout as I suffered after day 1. I have already lost a few inches, so am sticking with it. I have done it everyday
  • Hello Iam on to day 9 of the 30 day shred, and really enjoying it, it's not easy, but it's good already seeing some subtle changes on body shape. I also have Zumba for the Wii. I really enjoy Zumba, and also attend a 1 hour class on a Thursday. Both are really good. Zumba is so much fun and you don't realise you are…

  • I think they both look amazing on you, but the second one is incredible, it really shows of your tiny waist. And I do like the ruching effect. You will look stunning on your day no matter what dress you chose, so go with which ever makes you feel like a princess, that's what I did :-)
  • Well done you, that is a remarkable achievment in 3 weeks, whether it's water or not, as you say, 14 lbs is 14 lbs, keep up the good work :drinker:
  • Wow, I wouldn't say that is slowly, in 4 weeks you have lost 21lbs!! Amazing weight loss, congrats to you, keep it up amd please share your secrets!! :drinker:
  • I'm no expert, but when I have read up about it, you normally do 3 sets of 12 reps, and the weigh will depend on your current strength, they say that by about rep 9 it should hurt!
  • Just googled it myself as I had never heard of it, sounds like an interesting class, and i'd say that any fitness level can do it, just go at your own pace. One website I found says that you should concentrate on posture and technique first, then you can increase speed/reps and I imagine weights. Not sure what site s you…
  • Very inspirational post. Since finding this site, I no longer obsess about what the scales say. My goals are now set by clothing sizes, overall I want to drop 4 dress sizes. I know it is achievable as I've been there before, and I WILL be there again. The key to me succeeding is healthy eating and exercising my butt off…

  • Hi There I know exactly were you are coming from, eating just for the sake of it is one of my biggest downfalls, and eating when I am bored in work, but from this site, I have got so much support and useful tips and hints, I sit with plenty of water on my desk and always drink water when I feel like picking at food, it's…

  • You've done so well up to now, congrats. As much as we all like the numbers on the scales to go dow, in my eyes losing 4 dress/pant sizes is fab, and I'd use that and measurements to monitor. My goal is to do down 3 or 4 dress sizes (depending on the shop!!) As long as my clothes are getting smaller I can live with the…
