I have an iPad at home, and have downloaded a couple of the apps linked to MFP, a bootcamp one and fitstar, I am sure I can entertain the kids for 20 minutes with Mickey Mouse whilst I get moving in the other room. Thanks everyone for your replies, I agree with the healthy / clean eating, I know it is the best thing, and I think I read somewhere about eating more fibre than normal as this is supposed to help with the healing process. I will just eat healthy and hope for the best results possible. The big concern will be after surgery…

Hiya all, I keep trying to get back on the wagon, but keeping failing, I have plenty of reasons to nned to lose the weight... 15 month old twins and a pending partial thyroidectomy, don't have the support network at home, so need to look elsewhere, hopefully you can all help me out :smile:

Hi Ladies I have come back to MFP after giving birth to twins, now I didn't use it as such when pregnant, but did write down everything I ate as I was boarderline with GD at 24 weeks, and by my second test at 28 weeks had managed to completely turn things around, also managed to keep my BP in check right up until 16 days…

Hello All Late with the weigh-in this week as I went to Scotland for 5 days, and to my surprise I still managed to lose 1lb, very happy with this as I always eat way too much food and all the bad stuff as I miss it so much!!! How are you all doing?

Hope everyone is doing well, can't log in as much in work, as I got 'spoken' to about my excessive internet usage, will try to log in at home in the evenings instead. Managed 32 minutes jogging last night, only at 12 minute mile pace, but it's a start!! Good luck on day 4 L :flowerforyou:

I have a friend similar to yours, when she knows I am trying to lose weight she will buy me chocolate or cook things that she knows I shouldn't be eating. Hopefully her negativity will spur you on to prove her wrong, out the money you would pay for WW away…

Hey Last_time11 glad you're joining us. I have been doing teh Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, and as insane as it sounds, actually enjoying it, couple of the guys in work started that insanity thing and gave up after about 2 days as it was too hard, maybe IF I ever become really healthy I'll try that as a challenge!!

Hi All Goal for May is to drop a dress size, so anything from 6 - 14lbs I guess.
