  • Get up early, And have a good cardio workout. 30 minutes on the Eliptical at a higher level will drop about 450-500 calories. Add this to your "Normal" workout. That's what I do when I plan on going out for a night, or having a big dinner. I make sure I burn the calories I am going to take in that are extra.
