I gave up wine :s And am adding not missing Sunday mass during Lent and working on memorizing prayers with our kids every night before dinner. I think a lot of people use the Lenten season as a diet, and that's okay -- whatever makes you happy!, but we usually try to focus more on the spiritual aspect of it.

Hello! I am enjoying these monthly challenges. September went well! I started September at 135 and ended at 131. Today I was 130.8, so we will say 131. CW: 131 October goal: 125 Ultimate goal: 120. So I plan to run every day, salads for lunch and no afternoon snacking. And I am planning on giving up wine for October! :o

I'm 5'8, 133. I'd like to get into the 120s by October. I'm pretty good all week and totally blow it on the weekends! Ugh!

Hello! I could also use more friends! I'm a daily runner (3 to 5 miles) but don't really do any workout other than that. Do you like vinegar? Then by all means, drink it. If you don't, then avoid it. Either way, it won't have any bearing on your weight loss whatsoever.

Ooooh I am a plain Greek yogurt fanatic, and will be sure to try that! It sounds like lemon meringue pie. I mix mine with a scoop of protein powder and a little agave nectar. Sometimes with PB2. I could live off greek yogurt.

I still get my hair done. Hairdressers have babies all the time, right? But seriously, your hair can do crazy things. Last pregnancy I went to my normal hair chick for my normal color, and it turned my hair gray. Like, zombie gray. Not a great look.

I just use my regular Philosophy facewash with my clarisonic, but I also scrub my belly and use Bella B's Tummy Honey Butter. Never too early to start, and I used this throughout my last pregnancy and didn't get stretchmarks.

Immodium the night before a race. Also, I do my running on a golf course, which is awesome because not only do I not have to avoid cars, but there are bathrooms, port-a-potties and water. Awesome!

When I check out of the hospital with a baby, my husband is checking in for a vasectomy :) I did Mirena after my last child and had it taken out a year later. I had terrible problems with it.

Think about investing into Shaun T's Focus T25 workout. It is only 25 minutes long, and though it is new, I hear good things about it. I know how hard it is to carve out any time for yourself, so maybe early in the morning or late in the afternoon while the baby is sleeping.

I'm also due march 14! I gain 40 pounds my first pregnancy, starting at 120. I'm starting at 128 this time and am aiming for a healthier weight gain of 25 to 30 pounds. I run about 3 miles a day and lift weights a few days a week.
