Yes I know that. What I am asking is on the days I don't do HIIT should I do a different type of cardio or should I just leave it at the 3 days of cardio a week i get through HIIT.

I bought a T-shirt about 3 years ago and the Large size was more like a medium so it was REALLY tight on me so I couldn't wear it. But I kept it cause I really liked it. I tried it on the other day and it fits Perfectly. I wear a medium size shirt but with the big ole beer gut I had I wore a large to cover it..

I did one yesterday that was pretty good. 1 peeled Banana 1 cup skim milk 1/2 cup cold coffee (I do not drink Coffee normally) 1/2 of Ice Blend until smooth

I work out at home. I have built up a pretty decent home gym over the years. I don't like going to gyms they just aren't for me. Plus I have no kids so aside from work All my time is mine.

I do a HIIT routine on a bike 3-4 days a week Then I lift 6 days a week. I've read you shouldn't lift and do HIIT on the same day but I really don't care I workout the way I want to workout.
