I lost over 100 lbs once and this seemed to be the same in my case. Never went to the dr but I think it was just because my body wasn't use to the new me. It went away after a while. I would say though if yours does not go away soon I would see your dr

I weigh everyday. I think it keeps me on track better when I do it. It gives me the mind set that I can't cheat on what I am eating if I am going to want the scale to go down

I lost 110 lbs and kept it off for 2 years then I stopped tracking my food and stopped exercising and I gained 70 of it back. It was very clear to me at that time that you just cant loose the weight and do nothing from there on out and maintain. this truly is a "lifestyle" and something you will need to do for the rest of…

I would have to say this is for sure abuse. Both emotionally and physically. If you don't like it and you ask him to stop and he still does it that is abuse. You need to run not walk away from this situation.

About 3 years ago I went from 210 to 103 then I gain 75 of it back now when I tell people I want to get back down to about 105-110 they say are you sure thats not to skinny, or you look fine now. I think your right when you said they just say that to be nice. I guess i have never had anyone tell me "hay…

what an amazing picture of you and your daughter in your old pants. That really makes it reality. You should be so proud of your self. congratulations!

you can come back! I lost 100 lbs and then 2 years later gained 75 lbs back. I started back with mfp and logging my food helped. I would say just make a commitment to log your food everyday. It starts with a single decision and you have already decided to start again so you are well on your way. Good luck you can do it

Fantastic! What a difference. You should be so proud of yourself.

So proud of your decision to try and loose weight. It will be tough some days but remember that you have all these people on mfp to help you through it. Just don't ever give up. Some days I only loose ounces but its still a loss. So don't think everything has to come in lbs. it will add up to lbs. Feel free to friend me…

2 years ago I lost over 100 lbs just eating smaller portions and exercising. Then I quit doing both and gained 68lbs back. I am now back on my lifestyle of eating right/small portions and exercising and in 15 days have lost 12 lbs I know it works this way because I have done it. I think this is the healthiest way too…
