A quick call is ok Lots of self employed people out there that have to take calls. But to carry on a 30 minute BS conversation is bad gym etiquette. Workout with headphones and people like this won't affect you.

For what its worth I would learn to use the cardio machines first before I venture into the weight areas. Start slow and walk on the treadmill for a while then maybe start running or do the elliptical or the bike. Rowing machines are good also. 1 lb is great I shoot for 1 to 2 a week. This is not a race it's a lifestyle...Embrace your 1 lb and keep doing what you are doing. I do all cardio (Run and Bike) because I can burn a ton of calories faster. Learn to love cardio

You ca have anything you want as long as it fits into you calorie goal. Some things are no worth the calories Creamer is not one of them. Must have my coffee with creamer to function in the morning

You need to get fitted for the proper shoes....Find your local running store and get fitted..Shoes are your tools of the trade weather you are running a marathon a 5k lifting weights or whatever you will notice a difference.... .I am partial to Brooks GTS shoes

Lots of good advice here.............There not going to kill you, but not a good alternative.......don't be lazy, take the time to cook in bulk so you don;'t have to eat them....and it keeps the trash they generate out of the landfill
