done with L1D4 and L1D5 lol forgot to post yesterday

D2L1 Done! much easier because i talked my 2 year old in to doing it with me instead of trying to prevent me from doing it :-) although i had to switch from regular push ups to girly ones because she had to sit on my back :-) hoping by day 30 i can do regular with her on there!

i use 5 but i may be switching to 8 soon

i think you are suppose to do it all in 30 but i bet you can do it however you want :-)

L1D1 down! the workout was good. a little challenging when you are trying to do it with a 2 1/2 year old trying to hold your legs but all went well. I had already done it this morning before logging on here to find a group doing it :-). My goal is to try and do the complete 30 days then go right into a 60 rotation of…

i read it yesterday and to me it is outragious.. life happens and sometimes people cant make it to the gym when they say they are going to.. do if they dont go at theit alloted time they have to pay $10.. that is so stupid to me. not ony that.. you have to remember to send a text message when you get there to check in!

i am 5 days into my first round (attempted to start several times before but never stuck to the schedule) and I love it.. I have the JM dvd too and it doesnt compair.. I like the length of JM but the workout of Insanity

I am not catholic.. BUT i have a friend who started this and I am joining her. We have decided to give an extra 30 minutes of exercise and "religious reflection" a day..

We have been married since oct 2005 and together since aug 03. We met at a new found glory concert in the mosh pit :-). He is in the army and gone to afghanistan every other year we are currently on our 4th deployment boo! tried posting a pictures but obviously im not smart enough to figure it out lol

I am restarting my insanity today.. i tried before with a friend but our schedules always got messed up. i have just enough time to get one round of it knocked out before my husband comes home from afghanistan so i need to get my butt in gear..
