Shortcut to size is a bulking program. However, I don't see how it would hurt if you were to do the program and continue to eat at a deficit and maybe add in a little cardio. If you're looking for a program to follow, I would advise you to find one of the transformation programs instead of a bulking one.

I'm on week three of his program. I'm starting to see results already. The only change that I've made is that I'm not doing his diet and I am doing all of the cardio portion 9 hours after my workout (don't have enough time before work to fit in the weight training and cardio).

Not really. I wear very large headphones during my workout so people don't bother approaching me either. I will ask someone if they need a spotter if I see them struggling with their benchpress.

You were probably playing against one of those big bulky guys who doesn't work on his legs. It's very easy to box out someone who is very top heavy.

I have own both Bose and Yurbuds brand earbuds and they both stay in your ear during workouts. The difference in sounds depends on the price. You can get a pair of Yurbuds for $30 and a pair of Bose earbuds for around $120.
