I work from home. I plan and eat on a very strict schedule. I don’t allow myself to graze through the kitchen and grab snacks etc. I have about an hour window for breakfast and lunch and afternoon snack. It works extremely well for me. T25 is my most favorite program!! I’ve done a few others but I keep coming back to T25! I lost most of my weight with it as well. I’m in maintenance/ last 5 pound mode right now. I’m doing a random workout out of T25 beta /gamma and Insanity Max 30 month 1 for a while. I get bored with the same routine. Have a great day!

I use the Pacer app as the middleman between Apple health and MFP. Health is synced with Pacer and then pacer is synced with MFP.
