  • I wore a 2 piece bathing suit IN PUBLIC for the first time since high school!! It has been long journey for me. I lost most of my weight in 2011 then had another baby then life happened for a few years. The past year I’ve really been working on toning and strength and I’m ecstatic to look back and see how far I’ve come 😊…
  • I want to start Barre as well but it’s not on BBOD yet. I read it launches maybe June?? MMD DAY 1 & T25 AB Intervals
  • I recommend T25. I’ve done it through from Alpha to Beta to Gamma 3 times and now incorporate some of the Gamma worksouts into my strength days. I’m a runner too. I also really liked Insanity max 30 BUT it was very cardio heavy and I could not maintain my running mileage when I was doing that program. I needed more…
  • Thank you everyone!! I had an amazing race this morning. Surpassed my goal!! Guess the taper was worth it 😉
  • This taper week before the race is NO JOKE!! Physically stopping myself after a 3 mile run was almost impossible today. Cutting out cross training and weight training this week ugh. I feel so out of sorts. I’m agitated and can’t believe I’m having this much trouble NOT running. I’m ready to get this half over with so I can…
  • I’ve been using mostly daily for 9 mos. I love it and use the free version. I have finally been freed from the weight fluctuation panic monster 😂😂 It has helped me sooo much. I log now and move on with my day and pay attention to my trend. Here’s my graph. Had a bit of an over indulgent summer haha
  • Thanks all!! @apuum - I did 12 Sunday and I think that will be the last time I cover a long distance. I like your plan and it does line up with where I’m at. Thanks so much for sharing.
  • I followed Novice 1. I finished it too early and went ahead and did the 12 mile run on the last week and then have just repeated the last week a couple times. My original half was cancelled so I had to find another. The novice 1 plan had 3 days of running mandatory and 1 additional day as optional run or cross train, I…
  • I’m running my first half on the 25th. I followed Hal Higdon’s novice plan. I finished it about a month ago so I’ve spent the last month just adding distance to my 1 long run each week. I highly recommend Hal Higdon’s plan- has you running minimum 3 days per week with one long run and then a couple cross training days.
  • 1.My first half marathon is January 25th. I just want to finish, no time goals. 2. Running goals for 2020 is to hit 1000 miles for the year which averages around 20 miles per week. Definitely doable. 3. Run a second half maybe in the spring and beat my first time 4. Shed these last 5 pounds and get my maintenance range…
  • Insanity Cardio Max..what.a.sweat
  • PR’d in my 10K race today 56:25. Definitely much faster pace then I train. It actually felt really good and last mile was the fastest. Rest day tomorrow.
  • Way to go!!! I can feel your joy through this post ❤️ You should be so very proud of yourself!
  • Sunday: 10 mile long run at 10:50 pace. Today: 2 mile walk and yoga.
  • T25 Gamma Extreme Circuit and 21 DFE Pilates. Happy Saturday 😀
  • 6.2 mile run took 65 mins. One week left til my 10k race and feeling pretty good about it. Hoping to get in 21 day fix extreme Pilates session in after work.
  • I work from home full-time. My office is upstairs so every hour when my AW reminds me to stand I get up and go downstairs to the furthest bathroom in the house. I drink a refill a small water glass every hour just to get me up and down the stairs. I take my dog for short 10 mins walks in the afternoon most days. My lunch…
  • 21DF Upper Fix Extreme & Hardcore 👍
  • Thank you for this thread. I’ve had 3 kids, 1 was a csection and my stomach is covered in loose skin and stretch marks. When I’m dressed I feel amazing. I actually look pretty fit. I’m 5’4 and around 133 lbs. It’s when I take off the belly button high leggings and pants that I feel awful. All my friends and family say I’m…
  • So I tried 21 day fix extreme dirty 30....Great workout!
  • I need a new program friends! Anyone have a recommendation? I’ve done T25 and Insanity. Im looking for one to do 2-3x a week on cross training days. I’d really like to build up my core and strength. I’m used to all in cardio. I tried P90x 30 and it was just so slowwww I couldn’t get into it. Any ideas?
  • I am 1 lb below my original goal weight.... 4 lbs to go to be at ultimate goal weight. Can’t believe it!!
  • We are going to my in-laws. MIL is a traditional southern cook. Lots of casseroles and bread and pies. I’ll be bring the sweet potato and hashbrown casserole and pumpkin pie. Hubs is frying the turkey. I promised my little guy we’d make his favorite Oreo dessert so adding Oreo truffles to the dessert menu. I love…
  • You shouldn’t have to be manually syncing anything. I have been user pacer per @heybales for maybe 4-5 months now. Every now and then, like once every 3 days, I’ll have to go into pacer and select sync now to get MFP to read the current data. I find that if I leave MFP app open on my phone and pull it up after a workout…
  • Amazing face transformation!! You should be so proud of yourself!!
  • I run during my lunch break 2-3 times a week BUT I work from home so it’s a little different. I would say you will be limited on time if you try and fit it in during lunch after you account for changing into clothes and then cleaning up and changing back. If you only get an hour for lunch you are looking at maybe 30 mins…
  • I had the same problem in the pants department. I found 90 degree brand leggings at TJMaxx for like $15 and they are the best running pants I own. I went back and bought every pair they had. I think they sell them at Target too but not as cheap. I like bright colored sports bras and cute tanks for running and workout out.…
  • That is my absolute FAVORITE ShaunT workout! I feel amazing when it’s done 🙌
  • Insanity Max 30: Tabata strength done. Might need to find a new BB program with less impact for a little while. My knees struggled with the jumping and squats today after Sundays long run.
  • I think if you have any doubt about proceeding with it then you should not proceed. It is most definitely your decision to make but your post seems you aren’t on board 100%. You absolutely can lose the weight on your own. Start today. Log your weight, pick a weight loss goal per week and get to logging. You CAN do it! I…
