    I switched out the 21 Day Fix video for a Yoga with Adrienne one that’s designed for runners. The only thing I don’t like about 21 Day Fix is the Yoga so seems like a good compromise. I also got in a 3 mile run today.

    I need a new program friends! Anyone have a recommendation? I’ve done T25 and Insanity. Im looking for one to do 2-3x a week on cross training days. I’d really like to build up my core and strength. I’m used to all in cardio. I tried P90x 30 and it was just so slowwww I couldn’t get into it. Any ideas?

    I'm currently doing morning meltdown 100. I think I'm on day 18. I just had carpal tunnel surgery yesterday so I have to take a few days off, then I have the okay to use light weights (no more than 5 lb).

    Not following a commercial plan but aiming for a beach body. Been given a plan from my gym induction for the first 10 weeks. 10 mins cardio warm up, 7 push/pull exercises (e.g. lunges, squats, deadlifts) then 20 mins further cardio. Did my first 2 workouts this weekend. Lordy, do my legs hurt!

    Finished my second round of 21 Day Fix. Moving on to Extreme tomorrow. Made up some tracking sheets this weekend to I can see my progress more easily.

    Started 21 Day Fix Extreme today. Doubled up with Plyo and Upper Body. It’s definitely a jump up! I was sweating buckets by the end
