So...I started with an unplanned “cold sprint” this morning for a “warm up”...LOL! There was a Pikachu in a Mimikyu costume about 3-3 1/2 blocks away at the Pokéstop/church.

Just started 21 Day Fix this week. Did day 3 this morning. My legs are so sore from days 1/2 so I’m really glad today was an arm/abs day!1

First Pilates workout today, so much harder than I thought it would be! It was good for an active recovery though.0

Day 5 done! Can I just say how much I hate mountain climbers? I would so much rather do burpees than mountain climbers!1
