    Just finished morning meltdown 100 a week ago! On week2 day 2 of Liift4 now :) and backs and biceps are toast after finishing!

    I just started Insanity. Today’s workout was Pure Cardio. My everything is sore, but it’s always this way the first 2 weeks in my experience.
