Hey there! I’m on week two, day two of LIIFT4 and loving it. Originally joined BOD to do 80 Day Obsession, but I think I will start a hybrid of that and LIIFT4 this week. I am SORE!

Starting week 3 today! I did lower body fix this morning. I’m considering doing doubles (on days I don’t run) and doing a Pilates workout tonight after work. Going to have to see how I feel though.0

I switched today and tomorrow’s workout. I did a run this morning and really didn’t feel like doing cardio fix (what I was supposed to do today) so I did upper fix and I’ll do cardio tomorrow.1

Insanity Max 30: Tabata strength done. Might need to find a new BB program with less impact for a little while. My knees struggled with the jumping and squats today after Sundays long run.0

Week 3 cardio workout done! I’m on track to lose the 5 lbs I wanted to lose at the start of the program, possibly a little more! And my pants are already starting to fit better which is awesome because they were getting a but uncomfortably tight.3

Wifey & I completed T25 Beta Upper Focus earlier this afternoon...I’m already feeling sore. 😩. But it’s all worth it! 😎
I may try to get a run 🏃 in over the weekend as the temperatures are obviously getting lower these days in the NJ/NYC area.

Day 19 - Cardio. Made a big mistake and thought I could run 3 miles and then do the 30 minute cardio workout today. I was dying. I did the best I could though.0

Restarted 21 Day Fix yesterday. Did total body cardio and today will do lower fix. I’m also making a tracking sheet so I can remember what weights I used with which moves and see if I’m progressing. After this round I’m planning on moving on to 21 Day Fix Extreme.0

I've been going through the "joys" of car shopping. had to take the old heap "behind the barn", then had to find a new insurance (SCAM) co. the $$$ i'm now saving will pay for the new car payments.0
