I agree that MFP seems to over estimate calories burned. I always subtract 50-100 depending on what sort of work out I did just to play it safe.

I also feel that I need to keep track of calories. I stopped counting because I was losing my mind. I was resentful. I hated food and all the numbers. I missed enjoying food. Not counting is great but of course I've gained weight. I have started counting again though..It seems to be the only way I stay on track and eat…

I'm going through the same thing. I hit my goal, and then tried to stop counting calories. And guess what? I have packed on the pounds. ( Though I needed to gain some weight honestly) but now that I'm at a good weight I am trying to stay here and to eat healthy again. It's so hard! I feel like I mess up all the time:cry:

I was told by my doctor that sugar is the cause of obesity. Added sugar like in sweets such as cake and muffins or store bought snacks. I used to live on those foods and I know for a fact a lot of added sugar can and will make you gain weight. I tried sugar free foods but all they do to me is cause gas and diaherria. It…

I keep saying to myself every day "Tomorrow you start fresh" I do well during the day then comes night time..and bam there I am eating everything. I don't know what's wrong with me. I've lost 140 pounds and don't want to get that large ever again

FYI: 90% of what I eat is healthy. Fiber, protein, fruits and veggies. My weakness is bread! ugh I've been trying to cut back on it.

Hi! I'm 5'4- pretty short myself and I'm 138 pounds now. My lowest was 125 and my body refused to go any lower, no matter how hard I worked out and how much less i ate. So if you are stuck then it's possible your body is happy right where it's at.

Oh this is easy..I literally just ate the biggest plate of Chinese take out! White rice, Orange chicken, two egg roles, and tons of sauce. ugh this is depressing :sad:
