My husband took it and lost over 50 lbs. I take it every once in awhile, I forget most days - but don't feel like it does much for me. If you want to get yourself off of soda, try it - it makes it taste so funny that you want nothing to do with it. I haven't had a soda in 3 weeks :)

I have a big test in math tomorrow that I'm not ready for so I'm leaving work early to study for it, then I have my math final next Monday and thankfully only one other final. fiber one oats & chocolate is my FAVORITE! I could eat those all day long, obviously that would defeat the purpose, so I only have one a day - but they're delicious, good for you and loaded with fiber :)

I take Phentermine and all it does is keep you from snacking, it doesn't make you "not hungry" all day. Trust me, I still eat all my calories, when I work out - I eat my extra calories.

I did it for the first time this week and I LOVED it! It's so much fun - especially if you like dancing!

maybe try exercising by walking first, eating healthy and just work the exercise up? I don't like sweating usually, but when I work out I get mad when I don't sweat enough - the more you sweat - the more calories you burn! Talk to your doctor about your panic attacks and maybe there is something they can do for you.
