I also have JRA, stick to ow impact. NO RUNNING! swim, elliptical, light weights. Its SO important to stay in shape because any excess weight can really hurt our joints

I am EXACTLY the same way!! I've been eating better, but i'm paying for a gym membership and i need to use it! My gym is really convenient to my current job (but i'm changing jobs in two weeks) so I'm going to try to go on lunch today. Do you have any way you can go during the day?

I need the motivation of friends on here. If no one keeps me in check I don't log in, I don't log my food, and I definitely don't go exercise. I'm thinking the same thing! I just purchased GNC's lean shakes in swiss chocolate. I'll probably start Sunday and see how next week goes. I'm a little nervous to switch my diet so drastically on a dime, so i'm going to cut down on calories and get to the gym a little more before i go with the shake diet for a week or two.…

UGH! I gained 10 pounds this year, so YES! I need to lose them! My office has a food court and it's ruined me with high calorie lunches and sedentary living. I just got a new job so I'm hoping the new job and my new apartment will make me work out more and eat better. :)

Me! Me! I need to shape up, and I definitely need motivation. The man and I are thinking wedding in 2015...and seeing as i've only added more weight, not lost any... i better start now and get consistent. I'd eventually like to be able to wear a bikini again.

Oh Adam, if only you were that friend that would pour water on my head and make me go to the gym in the morning. I've got all the tools I need except that one. :( I will gladly take your motivation. Now if only my boss would stop bringing in delicious high calorie food for lunch. It's killing me!
