i took pics (scary!!! :sad: ) & measurements yesterday. I am going to take new pics & measurements every 10 day or so for motivation

D1L1 done! I've started 30DS before but never got past L1. I forgot how awkward you are the first couple of days!!! My legs are going to be sore tomorrow, then like jelly after I complete day 2.

I'm in! I was doing so great for a couple of months, then FELL of f the wagon this past month!!! This is exactly what I need!!! I already have the video & I will knock out Day 1 & post pics :embarassed: when I get home later. Thanks for starting this group, I'm looking forward to seeing everyone's amazing pics in 30 days!!

8/25 calories - under...more than I would have liked, but I just wasn't very hungry today water - yes exercise - 6 mile bike ride challenge - yes extra challenge - 50 crunches

8/24 calories - under water - consumed exercise & challange - no...this was my rest day, I will make up for it on Sunday.

would love to join! i am going on a cruise 9/2 - 9/5 but I PROMISE that I complete my challenges for those days & try my BEST to stay under calories! If you are ok with that, PLEASE add me. I have really enjoyed the August Challenge!!!

8/22 calories - way under....got physically sick today so it was hard to eat water - yes, finishing right now exercise - 2 mile jog challenge - 21's, swimmers & windshields...done extra challenge - 60 j.j, 50 crunches

lost .2 lbs since last week...kinda bummed b/c I fel like I worked out really well & ate decent also...o'well

8/21 calories - under water - drank challenge - check! rested at the beach & took afternoon nap :) but, then rode bikes w/ hubby for 7.6 miles & completed 50 crunches for team. total extra crunches for the week 300 :happy: I will weigh in the morning & let you all know!

better late than never.... 8/17 calories - under water - 12+ glasses!! exercise - 3 mile walk/jog challenge - yes all 3!!! and...completed 50 crunches toward group (150 so far)
