My calorie goal was incorrect it's actually 1800 a day

Yea I try to change it up one day I'll do one or two of my favorite works and then the next day I'll do something different

Yes that is my problem I eat a lot of veggies chicken and fish usually I just diet and not worry about the rest this is very new to me
