We've all been there. I've been there soooo many times! Change in routine can really screw you up. Just keep on taking it one meal at a time, one day at a time. Works best for me :D Good luck to you!

Of course! lol Rules were made to be broken, and anytime you give yourself limitations you are going to be tempted to cheat, or break the "rules". It's just how we are, we're human. It's even easier to blame a website like MFP instead of yourself! I've done it many times :D

I made those tonight! the filling was just chicken, shredded carrots, and spinach, seasoned with celery salt, garlic and onion.

I used to smoke, I quit by getting my mind completely away from the act of smoking. Fill your time with something different, and free! lol

I was wondering the same thing. I am a size 44G, and currently putting diaper rash cream under my right boob (sorry TMI) because of chaffing.
