Chicken breast sprinkled with curry powder and then marinated in orange juice. (1/4 - 1 tbs of curry to 1/4 cup OJ...vary to your own taste). Bake chicken in sauce at 350 for 45 minute to an hour. Pour OJ into saucepan and mix in a cornstarch slurry; heat to boiling and stir until sauce thickens.

I make this one a lot...so good. Sub in low-sodium chicken broth (I really must try making my own some time) and a few extra veggies. Definitely make your own curry roux too. justonecookbook.com/recipes/simple-chicken-curry/

Bone-in pork chops seasoned with salt and pepper. Layer thin sliced potato and onion on top. Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup with half a can milk and pour into crockpot. Cook on low for 8 hours. Enjoy. Basic but it works. Good enough to serve to company. Tastes better if you add thyme, garlic, other seasonings to the soup…

Chicken marinated for a few hours (or all day) in orange juice and curry powder. (I use 1/4 cup oj and 1 tbs curry but I like a strong curry flavour). Whisk a little cornstarch into the OJ before baking to thicken the sauce (or not if you prefer a liquid sauce to a glaze).
