I have the same with the scale so i try not to weigh myself often.every two weeks or the first of the month.try this for one time and see if it helps.good luck

I jioned planet fitness and i enjoy it.i can do treadmill or eliptical or weights.its good choice for only 10 dollars

Yes night time worker.my shift is 6 -2am and i am a baker we make muffins doughnuts and bagels for dunkin doughnuts.i go to sleep about 4 then get up at 6 take my oldest to school then get youngest ready and take him to school go to sleep at 1l 0 get up for 1 get them from school.get dinner ready go to gym 4 to 5 come home…

I am not crazy about exercise myself but i love music so before the kids come home i put on tv with pandora and dance in my living room 2o mins when weather gets better i like to walk
