My go to is a cup of options hot chocolate after dinner, less than 40kcal, but satisfies that craving for dessert.

I like overnight oats: 100g oats, 2 tbsp chia, 2 tbsp ground flax, 250ml milk. Mix in tupperware, put it in the fridge, eat it in the morning with fruit and honey. Easy and filling. This is 3 breakfasts for me, but could serve 2 (or 1)!

I signed up to the Jessica Smith emails, a different work out every day keeps your body guessing and your mind interested! Slogging away at the gym doesn't sound good!

Like 2essie, I indulge in options hot chocolate after dinner, it's working for me. I think that if you allow yourself a small indulgence everyday, you are more likely to stick to your new way of eating. Good luck!
