  • I'd say you don't need to be worried about losing water, if you're eating less of the processed, high sodium foods then you will naturally lose retained water and as long as you are drinking plenty of water through the day then there is absolutely nothing to worry about. Also, when you start a diet, healthy eating, calorie…
  • I'd say if your feeling light headed then go to bed, drink water and sleep it off, your body won't thank you for getting on the tread mill. All though if you really want to do something, get your shoes on and go out for a walk. Sometimes a little fresh air can make you feel a whole lot better, without the heavy cardio?
  • Hi, I feel your pain, I've always had cellulite and I probably always will. • I had a monumental break down last night because my scales broke! I actually had a hissy fit like a 3 year old child because I couldn't weigh my tea out accurately. I completely understand your pain, us hungry folk get angry!
  • Ooh I can asnwer this one! Once to a couple of times a week add a little bit of conditioner to your hair, focusing on the ends when it's towel dryed and style as normal. My hair is super thick and curly so around once a week I'll also put conditioner on the ends when my hair's dry before bed and wash it out as normal in…

  • Thanks! I read that was the case, so I've been trying to eat back only half. I was just worried that if the estimates tend to be off and the image in my head of me being G.I Jane is a little off, then I may still be eating too much back anyway?
