Logging exercise accurately

Hi all, I'm pretty new to this and could do with some advice please? I run a few times a week, which is great because I have endomondo, it uploads my calorie burn straight onto MFP. My question is, I also do a Bootcamp session once or twice a week, and last night I attended a Cross Fit session. I've been logging them as high impact aerobics, as I can't see anything similar listed in the exercises column. Am I way over estimating?

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

MFP's calorie burn estimates are notoriously high. If you don't have an HRM, most people eat back half the MFP burn.

    Hope this helps!

Thanks! I read that was the case, so I've been trying to eat back only half. I was just worried that if the estimates tend to be off and the image in my head of me being G.I Jane is a little off, then I may still be eating too much back anyway?

Well, you could look online to see if there is a calculator somewhere else specifically for that exercise routine. Honestly it's all estimates, even with a HRM. Just some are closer than others. If you still lose weight, it's all good. If not, then take a look at food intake or burn amounts.

I do crossfit-style bootcamp classes and log them as circuit training on here.
