  • I've got the same problem and only since I've turned 30 it seems! I think if we just keep doing our cardio- we'll burn the fat.... I've heard that crunches, spot exercise for the area, etc. doesn't really work until you've burned the fat first. The muscle is under there- we have to get the weight off of it first. Good luck!
  • I did the wii boxing and logged it as boxing/sparring- I assume the workouts can translate pretty accurately with calories burned... if you jog on the wii, log it as jogging like normal, etc. It sure feels like the same workout!
  • My mini goals aren't "weight" related, but I'm going to: Not drink any more regular soda Not eat heavy snacks late at night only drink alcohol on the weekend (it has a lot of calories I'm sure!) NOT GIVE UP!!!
