I think I have the same thing. Mine isn't from exercise though. My right foot turns almost completely outwards when I walk & stand. It hurts when I wear slip ons or anything that is not a sneaker. It makes most exercise very painful.

Myself. I am my equipment =p I can fill water jugs if I have to. I also have 5 pound dumb bells.

I am 169, 5'11. I want to get down to about 155. My bmr is 1620 & I've been eating about 1,200 or so calories a day, give or take a few. Am I supposed to eat 1620 calories a day?

I have one of my foot, two gypsies on my lower back, two on each side (rib area) two on my hip bones, & two on my chest/collar bone area. I am getting my back thighs done soon!

So I just got back! I went for a fast walk up hill. 3008 steps, heart rate was at 164 :) it's a start.

Do you need to have a smart phone for it? I haven't had minutes on my phone since Jan. Haha
